Bubbles are produced in the process of coating production, which will affect working efficiency or appearance of the coated object. Bubbles as residual bubbles inside and outside of paint film, such pinhole or crater defects will bring adverse effects to the film surface. In addition, boiling explosion by baking paint is also caused by bubbles.
In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to eliminate bubbles before the solvent volatilizes or solidifies during the film formation process and before losing the fluidity. Therefore, the most effective method is to add defoamer.
